We can deliver in any of 3 ways:
- through long-term engagements to change the entire culture of an organization by redesigning it, implementing it and then hardwiring it.
- by focusing on one or two pieces of the overall picture, such as just redesigning the new hire orientation or just helping them to design their service vision and behaviors.
- conducting an in-service workshop or key note speech for a 90-minute, 1/2 day or one-day engagement.
